Insurance and Payment Options

Our staff will request your insurance information when you call to schedule your appointment. We will verify your insurance benefits and provide you an out-of-pocket estimate for the consultation, required images and treatment costs (if your required treatment is known at the time of scheduling).

All out-of-pocket payments are due in full on the date of service. We appreciate your cooperation with this requirement, as we often will see you only once.

We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). If a payment plan is a better option for you, we contract with CareCredit, a third party payor. Please apply in advance of your appointment at carecredit.com. If you are approved, our office pays all interest through CareCredit for up to six months.
